The adamantias.jewerly e-shop serves customers in Greece, Europe and worldwide.
At the adamantias.jewerly e-shop, the products available for on-line purchases are only those bearing the specific indication. The features and other accompanying particulars of the products sold (e.g. indicatively, if there is a guarantee, the identity thereof, any instructions, etc.) are available and you can be informed about them by following the search instructions in the adamantias.jewerly e-shop and by clicking on the name of the relevant product. The rest of the products are only information provided by the Company and may be ordered only upon special consultation, if they are available.
Orders placed with the adamantias.jewerly e-shop are subject to the Company's approval. The acceptance of the order by the Company is given by sending a relevant email. The Company reserves the right to refuse to process an order in case of unavailability or removal of the products.
The information contained in this website and these Terms of Use is not a sales proposal but a call for information. No contract will be deemed to have been concluded as regards any of the products unless your order has expressly been accepted by the Company.
The price of each product is the one referred to on our website, next to each product and includes VAT (24%). These prices concern products and quantities available in the Company's warehouse.

• Placing/Cancellation of an order
Placing a Product order is a binding purchase proposal for these Products in the total price shown at the time of placing the order; such a price includes VAT, packing and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts you are entitled to as a visitor/customer. Your order is completed when the Company has accepted it by sending a relevant written confirmation, namely an email, to you at the email address you had provided when placing this order. Should you not receive a confirmation email for your order, please contact the adamantias.jewerly e-shop immediately at info@adamantiasjewerly in order to request that your order be successfully completed.
An order that has been registered and has not yet been delivered may be canceled (in whole or in part), within the time period between its submission and the notice of confirmation of its shipment. After this moment, it is not possible to cancel it. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part), you should send an e-mail to info@adamantias.jewerly

• Payment

Α. By bank transfer
You can transfer the amount required for your orders in the following account of the company "CHARILAOS DENDRINOS" within a limited period of five (5) business days from the date of placing your order. Otherwise, your order will be deemed as cancelled.
The bank deposit slip must include as a reason:
1. Your full name
2. Your order number, which will be sent to you by email upon the completion of the ordering procedure.

By selecting the Paypal payment you will be transferred to the Paypal website (online secure trading system) where you can pay either with your credit/debit card or via your Paypal account. The PayPal payment procedure is fully automated. During this process, no personal information (including the credit card number) is stored in the Company's electronic system.

Shipment

Your order will be sent to you after we have received and confirmed your payment.
The Products will be shipped by courier within three (3) business days at the latest as of the date your order was confirmed, to the place you have indicated when placing your order and in accordance with the availability stated on the product webpage.
Once the order has been dispatched, an informative email will be sent. Handling, dispatch and delivery of orders are carried out on a daily basis, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
In case of delay, please contact us at info@adamantias.jewerly to inform you about your order.
Upon receipt of your product, we recommend that you personally check the product delivered and confirm that its packaging remains intact.
-Cost of shipping – delivery time
Orders over 100€ in value are sent free of charge within Greece.
For orders lower than 50€, please see below for details:
Greece (1 to 5 days)
Jewelry (Geniki Taxidromiki): 6€.
For items with increased weight there is a possibility of an extra charge. This information will be transmitted to the user for confirmation prior to shipment.
The indicated prices include VAT.

Return policy

• General terms

You may return products you purchased and request either their change with another product or products or a refund within a maximum time period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following their receipt. No right for a refund or change exists once the abovementioned period has expired.
The return of the products is carried out at your own risk, using a courier of your choosing at your cost.
To qualify for the return or replacement of a product, the following conditions must cumulatively be met:
• a. The product to be in its original condition, undamaged and unused within its packaging.
• b. To have been received, checked and approved by the Company.
• c. To be necessarily accompanied with the original receipt and/or the gift receipt that accompanies it, showing the code of the item and the date of purchase.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds for products on offer, seasonal items (Charms, Easter items, etc.) and customized products will not be accepted.
Purchases made as gifts can be exchanged with other products and will not be refunded in cash.
In case you ask for a change of a product and the product to be changed is of a lower value than the one of the original order, the monetary difference will not refunded but will be credited to your name for future purchases.

• Return Procedure
The product return procedure is simple and is carried out as follows:
Within the abovementioned time period, you should inform the Company by email at adahandcrafted@gmail.com, indicating your full name and your order number, of the reasons for which you wish to return the product as well as whether you wish to replace it or be refunded.
Within the next two (2) business days the appropriate "refund" or "product change" form will be sent to you by email, which you will fill in and send it back to info@adamantias.jewerly. Subsequently, and after consultation with you, the Company will send the courier company cooperating therewith in order to receive the product or products to be returned.
Upon receipt of the product from the Company, a detailed inspection will be carried out and, if no problems are found regarding its condition, packaging or documents, an email will be sent as regards the acceptance of your request.
In case the above conditions are met and there is a request for a "refund in cash", you will be refunded the price you have paid. Shipping costs are not refundable. The way your money will be refunded depends on the payment method you have selected. If the payment is made by credit card, the money will be refunded with cancellation of the relevant charge. If the payment is made by cash-on-delivery or the amount was transferred in the Company's bank account, the money will be returned by depositing same to your personal bank account, whose details (Bank name, IBAN, Account holder etc.) will be indicated by email at adahandcrafted@gmail.com, within fourteen (14) business days as of the day following the receipt of your request for return of the product or products.
If there is a request to change your product, the new product will be sent to you. Changing products you have already changed is not allowed.

Intellectual and industrial property rights – trade marks
All names, images and trademarks used by the Company are protected or used upon permission of the owner.
Intellectual property is obtained without any wording and without the need for a clause prohibiting any infringements thereof. These terms and conditions, as well as any amendments thereto, are governed and construed in accordance with the Greek law.
